POSTAGE INFORMATION

Australia Post is our primary courier. Depending on location and timeframes, we may use Sendle or DHL to ship your order. Delivery times are estimates from when the parcel has left our warehouse and does not include weekends or delays outside of our control. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible. Our products are currently made to order to limit waste and allow us to scale up slowly and sustainably. Your order will take an estimated 14 business days to be made and leave our warehouse. 

All standard shipping orders will not require signature and if you are not home to receive the parcel, it will be left in a safe place.   

PLEASE NOTE

- Postage time can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigation, COVID19, internal postal service investigations and other factors that are out of our control.

- We will try our very best to ensure you receive your parcel ASAP.

- Some countries are subject to freight charges. Please see your local carriers for more information.

- Our postal charges do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are at the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of the contents (your order). 

- Order will not be refunded if taxes and/or duties are not paid and you choose not to retrieve your order.

COVID-19

Despite the current situation around the world, we are still dispatching your orders to you. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime, orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period or the uncontrollable timeframes by AusPost

 COVID-19 AMERICA & CANADA

Despite the current situation around the world, we are still dispatching your orders to you.  Orders are still being processed and going out daily. Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the online chatbot and the MyPost App.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by Australia Post.

Please check your junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

*Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.

MISSING PARCELS

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately, the Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at hello@harathelabel.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

STORE PICKUP

If you wish to pick up your parcel please add this into the comments of the order and ensure you add a mobile number to your order.

You will be sent an email when your parcel is ready to be picked up which will include the address for pickup.  Please ensure to bring your receipt to pick up your purchase.

GIFT VOUCHERS
